For services that involve travel, such as mobile courier or notary, travel fees may be non-refundable once the provider is en route. For packages or project-based services like tax debt resolution or bookkeeping, refunds are not typically issued once the work has begun, as time and resources are allocated immediately upon confirmation.
However, unused prepaid hourly services may be credited for future use within a reasonable time frame. Free consultations and quotes, where offered, are provided with no obligation.
