       All appointments must be scheduled in advance through the website or official booking channels, and payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice; late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to fees. The business reserves the right to refuse service under circumstances such as non-compliance with requirements, safety concerns, or incomplete information.
